Earlier this month trumpeter Thomas Marriott performed at Dizzy’s Coca-Cola Club in New York City with pianist Orrin Evans’ Captain Black Big Band.
The show was part of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Sun Ra Turns 100 celebration.
