Greta’s guests for the evening is Hammond B3 player Barney McClure.

Barney has had a dizzying career as performer, arranger, recording author and artist. He has played and recorded with a long list of jazz icons. He’s toured throughout Europe, Japan, Mexico, Australia, Canada and the Unites States. He’s been featured on film soundtracks for An Officer and a Gentleman and Mr. Holland’s Opus. He has also penned There is No Such Thing As a Mistake, which is a guide to jazz improvisation and technique. Barney has recently been named as the executive director for the Friends of Frank DeMiero Jazz Foundation.

Joining Greta and Barney on the bandstand will be Chris Spencer on guitar and Jose Martinez on drums. This is a great configuration of some of the Northwest’s best musicians. You won’t want to miss this performance!
