Origin Classical, which debuted this year as the classical wing of Seattle-based jazz label Origin Records, has received two nominations at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards.
Los Angeles-based composer Chris Walden received nods for Best Classical Contemporary Composition and Best Orchestral Performance for his “Symphony No. 1, The Four Elements“.
